These are the terms on which your child learns with us. They are here so that everyone knows where they stand — you, your child, and the teacher.

If anything here is unclear, email contact@cma.london and we will explain it.

1Our terms

  1. We offer four lessons per month, providing a consistent learning schedule for our students.
  2. Each quarter, defined as a period of 13 weeks or approximately three months, will consist of 12 lessons. Should there be a need, students are allowed to reschedule up to two lessons per quarter, provided they give at least 48 hours’ notice.During school holidays and half terms, lessons continue as normal. Lessons may be put on hold during this time on request.
  3. In instances where an instructor is unable to conduct a scheduled class, a make-up lesson will be arranged to ensure no disruption in the learning process.
  4. Enrolment in classes is personal and may not be transferred or sold to another party without explicit permission from Children’s Music Academy.
  5. Once enrolled, students are committed to their assigned course schedule. Requests to change the day or time of the course cannot be accommodated after the course has begun.
  6. We prioritise a respectful and supportive learning environment. Therefore, Children’s Music Academy reserves the right to suspend or expel a student in cases of conduct that disrupts this environment.
  7. Except for courses booked over the telephone, where a seven-day cancellation policy applies, course fees are non-refundable once a student has committed to their musical journey with us.
  8. Teacher assignments are subject to change without notice. This flexibility ensures that our courses continue smoothly regardless of unforeseen circumstances.
  9. We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our courses, including content, schedules, and fees. However, we reserve the right to make adjustments as necessary to enhance the quality of our offerings.
  10. Should any changes to course details be required, we commit to communicating these changes with reasonable notice.
  11. Our courses are designed to be completed as scheduled, without the option to pause or delay participation.
  12. Following the initial payment, course fees are due on the 1st of each month, processed securely through Stripe.
  13. Withdrawal from our courses requires four weeks’ notice, provided in writing via email. This policy allows us to manage course schedules and availability effectively.

Our policies are designed to support a structured and positive learning experience for all students at Children’s Music Academy.
