1. London Music Teachers Ltd trading as Children's Music Academy requires a minimum of 48 hours' prior notice to reschedule any lesson.
2. If an instructor from London Music Teachers Ltd is unable to attend a class, a make-up lesson will be arranged.
3. The transfer or resale of lessons provided by London Music Teachers Ltd is strictly prohibited without explicit permission.
4. London Music Teachers Ltd reserves the right to suspend or expel any student from all or part of their course in the event of unacceptable conduct.
5. Except for courses booked and concluded over the telephone, which are subject to statutory cancellation rights within seven working days of payment, course fees are non-refundable.
6. In unforeseen circumstances, London Music Teachers Ltd may change teachers without prior notice.

8. However, London Music Teachers Ltd reserves the right to modify course content, material, and fees in order to enhance the course. Reasonable notice will be provided for any such changes whenever possible.
